What have you accomplished?
-This week we have accomplished to get our materials for the clean up and a Yes, from the principal and vice principal for us to cooperate with 3rd-5th graders on the clean up. What has gone wrong?
-The date we planned which is February 8 for the clean up has to be changed to February 1st because they already had a plan for a clean up so we had to follow their schedule since they are doing the same beach we planned. What challenges have you faced?
-One challenge I faced is the time. On feb 01, 2020 I have the annual Academic Challenge bowl at 8:00 and the clean up at 8:00 as well. So my team and I come up with an agreement to make me do more on our next cleanup on the month of April, like getting all the materials instead of everyone chip in. What have you learned through the process?
-I have learned that communication is the key, because without the meeting with the principal and vice principal about the clean up we wouldn't know that they already have a plan to do a clean up. This meeting made us both agree on a date that will satisfy the team and KES. How have your skills improved over the past week?
-My skills improved on coming up with an agreement without this growth I wouldn't be able to satisfy my team. Are you on track for an on-time delivery?
-We are on time delivery because we have gather our materials and as well as getting an confirmation email about the clean up on Feb 1, 2020. What adjustments need to be made on the timeline?
-The adjustment needed was to change the date of the clean up to February 1st and moving up the due dates for the materials. Plus changing February 8 to another event for our project. My next action is….
